Description: ST. KAREN’S ECO EXPRESSIONS “Tales, Trails and Tale Spins”
On 12th November 2025, St. Karen’s Primary School hosted an Inter-School Literary and Skit Competition celebrating creativity, expression and environmental awareness. The event beautifully aligned with the school’s ongoing social initiative — “Say No to Single-Use Plastic.”
This year’s theme, “Tales, Trails and Tale Spins,” highlighted the school’s commitment to nurturing creativity, critical thinking and environmental empathy among students, inspiring them to become responsible changemakers for the planet.
The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by dignitaries and the Headmistress, setting an inspiring tone for the day. Participants from 12 reputed schools showcased their talents in Storytelling, Creative Writing and Skit Presentations, focusing on eco-friendly themes such as Save the Earth, Save Animals and Save the Environment.
The young participants impressed everyone with their imagination, confidence and teamwork. The judges lauded their originality, enthusiasm and awareness of environmental issues. The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks, appreciating the efforts of all participants, teachers and organizers.
The day ended on a hopeful note, reinforcing the values of love, care and responsibility towards our planet.
