Theme: Personal Hygiene & Healthy Hydration
– The Power of Daily Care!
Day 3 of Health and Hygiene Week was celebrated with zeal by
students of Std. 1–5. Assemblies, skits, slogans and pledges inspired children
to stay clean, eat healthy and keep hydrated. Guest sessions for Std. 3 & 4
boys encouraged self-awareness, confidence , emotions and the importance of
hygiene in daily life.
Students also engaged in group activities like “My
Healthy Habits” Collage Making, where they created colourful posters on
washing hands, brushing, staying hydrated and eating healthy food.
The lively recaps and reflections ensured that students went
home motivated to adopt clean habits and proper hydration for a healthier
tomorrow.
The day ended with a Healthy Tiffin Activity—Upma, Poha,
Chilla, bananas and dates—reminding everyone that “A Healthy Tiffin is a Secret
to a Healthy Life.”
“Wash – Hydrate – Sanitize – Thrive!”
