The much awaited “The Joy of Christmas” – the annual programme by the St. Karen’s School on 22nd Dec, 2018 proved to be a stupendous showcase of both talent and dedication by the students and the teachers of the Primary wing. The light of inspiration resplended under the ample guidance of our Director Sir, Headmistress Ma’am and the very respected pediatrician Dr. Rahul Thakur(Our Chief guest) for the day and his beloved mother. The inaugural speech by the chief guest and Ms. L.B. Galstaun inspired one and all and it started with the very talented choir group which presented the school song and a beautiful rendition of theme songs followed by “ I am the happiest Christmas Tree” , “Santa Aata Hai”, Jingles Bells and the Nativity Play. Fillers by Robin and Amogh filled the aura with light entertainment with their songs and dances. The whole programme was well co-ordinated to rejoice and celebrate God’s coming on Earth. The anchors Akshita, Sampurna and Prachi enthralled the audience with their enchanting voices. The little dancing steps and acting by the students filled the whole atmosphere with serene pleasure which glued the audience to their seats. The vote of thanks was delivered by the Asst. Headmistress Ma’am. She appreciated one and all who made this programme true to it’s vision of empowering students to positively contribute to the society.
