A special session of Yoga was organised for our teachers on the occasion of the 5th International Yoga Day, reminding them of the benefits of Yoga and encouraging them to make it a part of their routine to help them deal with stress & various physical ailments. The P.T. teachers Mr. Subhodh and Ms. Kiran conducted this session and took the teachers on a journey of the self, to the self, through the self.
